- Transfer

- Booking
and Payment:
- To
secure your reservation for the New York City tour, a non-refundable
deposit of 30% of the total tour price per person is required at the time
of booking.
- The
remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the tour
start date. Failure to make the payment may result in the cancellation of
your reservation.
- Cancellation
and Refund:
- Cancellations
made more than 30 days prior to the tour start date are eligible for a
full refund of the amount paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations
made within 30 days of the tour start date will incur a cancellation fee
equivalent to 50% of the total tour price.
- No
refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the
tour start date or in case of no-shows.
- Itinerary
Changes:
- The
tour operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary or replace any
part of it due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions,
natural disasters, or other factors beyond their control.
- Every
effort will be made to provide alternative arrangements of equal value and
quality.
- Travel
Insurance:
- Participants
are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers
medical expenses, trip cancellations, and personal liabilities for the
duration of the tour.
- The
tour operator is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to
personal belongings during the tour.
- Health
and Fitness:
- Participants
should ensure that they are in good health and physical condition to
undertake the activities included in the tour.
- It
is the participant's responsibility to inform the tour operator of any
pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions that
may affect their participation in the tour.
- Liability:
- The
tour operator and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss,
injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third parties,
accidents, natural disasters, or any other force majeure events.
- Participants
are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the tour and
should take necessary precautions to safeguard them.
- Conduct:
- Participants
are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards fellow
participants, tour guides, and locals.
- The
tour operator reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the
participation of any individual who engages in disruptive or inappropriate
behavior without any refund.
